  • Doener. Avonturier. Coördinator. Als Rigger bij Sarens BE ben je een onmisbare schakel in technisch fascinerende, grootse projecten in de heavy lifting wereld. Samen met een team steek je als Rigger de handen uit de mouwen bij de voorbereiding en de uitvoering van zware hijswerken met mobiele kranen, waarbij kwaliteit en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel gedragen worden. Een hands-on functie in de buitenlucht met veel variatie (qua werkzaamheden, locaties en uren)! BOUW MEE AAN #NOTHING TOO HEAVY, NOTHING TOO HIGH. Wegens een sterke groei zijn wij op zoek naar een extra rigger. Jouw toekomstig takenpakket als Kraanrigger in bullets: Overlopen van het project in team: briefing opdracht, controleren van de gedocumenteerde instructies (planningsinstructies, hijsplannen…) … Focussen op veiligheid: ten allen tijden toepassen van de veiligheidsregels (van het terrein én van Sarens zelf, invullen van de LMRA (Laatste Minuut Risico Analyse), zorgen dat collega's / klanten / leveranciers de veiligheidsregels naleven, extra veiligheidsmaatregelen nemen indien nodig… Assisteren tijdens de opbouw en de afbouw van de kraan. Aanslaan van lasten bij hijswerken: maken van de correcte verbinding tussen kraanhaak en last. Uitwijzen van lasten bij hijswerken: fungeren als 'de ogen van kraanmachinist', begeleiden van de bewegingen en doorgeven van correcte en duidelijke informatie aan de kraanmachinist. Goed beheren van de hijsmiddelen. Afhankelijk van de opdracht/klant werk je zelfstandig of in een team van riggers.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een leergierige teamplayer die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Een mooi diploma of jarenlange ervaring zijn een mooie troef, maar bij Sarens hechten we meer belang aan de juiste mentaliteit én de Sarens match. Hiervoor moet je beschikken over logisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en oog voor veiligheid, een doenersmentaliteit, een flexibele ingesteldheid en een uitgesproken interesse voor grote machines, uitzonderlijke werken en techniek in het algemeen.

De profielvereisten

  • Technische affiniteit door hobby, opleiding of ...Ervaring als rigger is een meerwaarde, maar niet noodzakelijk. Wij bieden jou de nodige opleidingen aan!
  • Mooi meegenomen (maar niet vereist): een certificaat aanslaan van kritieke lasten (IS-006) en/of een veiligheidscertificaat ( VCA )
  • Vlot in het Nederlands (lezen en spreken)
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid naar taken, uren en locaties (België)
