The posting

Pour notre pizzeria située en centre-ville d’Annecy, nous recherchons un(e) responsable de salle capable de piloter le service, d’encadrer une équipe de 6 personnes et d’assurer la bonne gestion quotidienne de la salle.

Nous recherchons un profil de terrain, organisé et autonome, qui associe sens du service, leadership et rigueur de gestion.

Vos missions :

  • Management et qualité de service - Recruter, encadrer, organiser et accompagner une équipe de 6 personnes. - Planifier les ressources selon les besoins, répartir les tâches et garantir le bon déroulement des services. - Former les collaborateurs et faire respecter les standards d’accueil, de rapidité et de savoir-être. - Veiller à la satisfaction des clients et gérer les éventuelles réclamations.
  • Gestion opérationnelle et administrative - Assurer la bonne tenue de la caisse, la facturation exhaustive et le suivi des encaissements. - Suivre le chiffre d’affaires et transmettre les éléments nécessaires à la comptabilité. - Élaborer les plannings selon l’activité et optimiser l’organisation du personnel. - Assurer le suivi des heures et la transmission des éléments nécessaires à la préparation des paies. - Gérer les commandes, les stocks et les inventaires de boissons.
  • Organisation et développement - Garantir le respect des procédures, des horaires et des standards de l’établissement. - Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires des responsables de service. - Participer à la mise en place d’animations commerciales : soirées, happy hour et opérations ponctuelles… - Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction et proposer des axes d’améliorations.

Profil recherché

- Expérience confirmée en restauration, idéalement comme responsable de salle ou manager. - Capacité à encadrer une équipe et à maintenir un niveau de service constant. - Organisation, autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités. - Maîtrise des outils de caisse et bonne compréhension de la gestion opérationnelle. - Capacité à anticiper les besoins, à résoudre les problèmes et à prendre des initiatives.

Nous recherchons une personne impliquée, exemplaire sur le terrain et capable de prendre pleinement en charge son périmètre.

Ce que nous offrons :

- Contrat : CDI à temps plein. - Temps de travail : 42 heures par semaine. - Organisation des services : 8 services par semaine, dont 5 midis et 3 soirs. - Planning : organisé par le responsable de salle en fonction des besoins de l’établissement, en coordination avec la direction. - Présence le samedi : indispensable compte tenu du niveau d’activité. - Équipe : 6 personnes. - Lieu : Annecy centre. - Salaire : 2 500 € net par mois, selon les conditions contractuelles convenues. - Prise de poste : à convenir.
