RESPONSABILITÉS : Dans le cadre d'un projet industriel d'envergure, nous recherchons un SUPERVISEUR COMMISSIONING TÉLÉCOMMUNICATIONS afin de superviser les activités de précommissioning et de commissioning des systèmes de télécommunications et de sûreté. - Élaborer les plans de précommissioning et de commissioning des systèmes de télécommunications ; - Définir et coordonner les essais d'interfaces et les loop checks avec les différents équipements, instruments et systèmes du projet ; - Établir le planning des activités de commissioning et assurer son intégration au planning général du projet ; - Examiner les procédures, rapports d'essais et SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) des fournisseurs ; - Superviser les essais réalisés par les entreprises, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs ; - Piloter les tests d'intégration afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement et la sécurité des installations ; - Rédiger ou valider les procédures d'essais de précommissioning et de commissioning ; - Déterminer les besoins en installations temporaires, équipements, outillages et moyens spécialisés nécessaires aux essais ; - Identifier et analyser les anomalies techniques rencontrées durant les opérations ; - Coordonner la résolution des problèmes avec les différentes disciplines présentes sur site ; - Établir les rapports de non-conformité (NCR) et assurer le suivi des actions correctives ; - Préparer et vérifier les rapports de commissioning, les résultats d'essais, les rapports d'inspection et les punch lists ; - Maintenir à jour l'ensemble de la documentation et des dossiers de conformité ; - Collaborer étroitement avec le Commissioning Manager, les équipes projet, les sous-traitants, les fournisseurs et le client ; - Veiller au respect des exigences HSE, des permis de travail, des protocoles de sécurité et des RAMS ; - Participer à la réception finale des installations et à leur transfert au client ; - S'assurer de la remise complète de la documentation nécessaire à l'exploitation des systèmes.PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : - Formation supérieure en télécommunications, systèmes de contrôle ou dans un domaine technique équivalent ; - Expérience significative en commissioning de systèmes de télécommunications sur des projets industriels ; - Solides connaissances des systèmes de télécommunications et de sûreté, des essais d'interfaces et des loop checks ; - Maîtrise des procédures SAT, de précommissioning et de commissioning ; - Capacité à analyser et à résoudre des problématiques techniques complexes ; - Bonne connaissance des exigences HSE applicables aux activités de chantier et de commissioning ; - Rigueur, autonomie et solides capacités d'organisation et de reporting ; - Excellentes qualités relationnelles et aptitude à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et multiculturelles ; - Certification VCA - Anglais professionnel indispensable.
