RESPONSABILITÉS : Nous recherchons actuellement un Superviseur Mise en Service HVAC / CVC (Chauffage, Ventilation et Climatisation) expérimenté pour intervenir sur un important projet industriel en Belgique.MISSIONS PRINCIPALES- Planifier, coordonner et superviser les activités de précommissioning et de mise en service des installations HVAC/CVC.- Élaborer et vérifier les plans de mise en service, les procédures d'essais, les plannings et les analyses de risques (RAMS).- Superviser les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs lors des essais des équipements, des inspections et des tests fonctionnels.- Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des équipements HVAC/CVC, de l'instrumentation, des systèmes de contrôle-commande, des interfaces, des verrouillages de sécurité et des dispositifs de protection.- Suivre l'avancement de l'achèvement mécanique (Mechanical Completion) et veiller au respect des exigences et des délais du projet.- Identifier les problèmes techniques, coordonner leur résolution et s'assurer de la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.- Rédiger et tenir à jour les rapports de mise en service, les procès-verbaux d'essais, les listes de réserves (Punch Lists) et les documents de conformité.- Veiller au strict respect des exigences HSE, des procédures de permis de travail (PTW) et de consignation/déconsignation des énergies (LOTO).- Assurer la coordination avec les équipes d'ingénierie, les sous-traitants, les fournisseurs et les autres équipes de mise en service.- Participer à la réception finale des installations et à leur transfert aux équipes d'exploitation.Date de démarrage : Dès que possible (ASAP)Durée : 6 à 12 moisLieu : Anvers, BelgiquePROFIL RECHERCHÉ : - Diplôme d'ingénieur ou formation technique équivalente.- Expérience significative en HVAC/CVC, systèmes mécaniques et mise en service d'installations industrielles.- Solides connaissances des équipements HVAC/CVC, des procédures d'essais, de l'instrumentation et des systèmes de contrôle-commande.- Bonne maîtrise des exigences HSE, des analyses de risques (RAMS), des permis de travail (PTW) et des procédures de consignation (LOTO).- Expérience confirmée dans la supervision des sous-traitants et la coordination d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques, sens de l'organisation et rigueur dans le reporting.- Bonnes compétences en communication, autonomie et sens du service client.- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement industriel exigeant.
