Szukamy Marketing Communications & Event Managera, który poprowadzi projekty marketingu cyfrowego oraz wydarzenia dla globalnych marek technologicznych i firm z sektora nowych technologii.

Twoje zadania:

  • Koordynacja projektów marketingowych end-to-end dla klientów międzynarodowych.
  • Współpraca z zespołem wewnętrznym oraz zewnętrznymi twórcami, grafikami, producentami wideo i partnerami mediowymi.
  • Planowanie harmonogramów, budżetów i bieżąca komunikacja z klientem.
  • Monitorowanie wyników i raportowanie efektów kampanii (KPI, ROI/ROAS)
  • Tworzenie treści marketingowych w języku polskim i angielskim (posty, artykuły, prezentacje, scenariusze wideo, briefy).
  • Budowanie długofalowych relacji z klientami i dbanie o jakość realizowanych działań.
  • Kompleksowa organizacja wydarzeń (premiery produktowe, roadshow, eventy branżowe).
  • Koordynacja dostawców (lokacje, technika, produkcja, catering, scenografia, multimedia).
  • Tworzenie koncepcji wydarzeń i agendy.
  • Nadzór nad budżetem eventowym i harmonogramem realizacji.
  • Koordynacja działań promocyjnych wokół wydarzeń (kampanie digital, współpraca z mediami i influencerami).
  • Opieka nad klientem i gośćmi podczas realizacji eventu.
  • Raportowanie wyników.

Czego szukamy:

  • Minimum 4 lat doświadczenia w digital marketingu, zarządzaniu projektami lub eventach (po stronie agencji lub marki).
  • Doświadczenia w prowadzeniu złożonych projektów marketingowych lub eventowych dla większych klientów.
  • Bardzo dobrej organizacji pracy, samodzielności i umiejętności pracy pod presją czasu.
  • Umiejętności łączenia myślenia strategicznego z podejściem operacyjnym.
  • Zrozumienia metryk efektywności (KPI, ROI/ROAS) i podejścia data-driven.
  • Bardzo dobrej komunikacji i umiejętności budowania relacji z klientem.
  • Języka angielskiego na poziomie C1 (współpraca z międzynarodowymi zespołami).
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenie w channel marketingu, znajomość narzędzi kreatywnych (Adobe CC, Figma).
