Werde Teil unseres Purification | Concentration Teams als Process Engineer (x|w|m) und übernimm eine wichtige Rolle bei der technischen Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Fertigungsprozesse. Mit deinem Fokus auf Stanz-, Dosier- und Prüfanlagen sorgst du für effiziente Produktionsabläufe, begleitest die Beschaffung und Auslegung neuer Produktionsanlagen und unterstützt damit unseren Beitrag für bessere Gesundheit für mehr Menschen. Die Position ist am Standort Göttingen zu besetzen. Du wirst Teil eines Teams von fünf engagierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die sich darauf freuen, gemeinsam mit dir die Zukunft zu gestalten.

Wachse mit uns – deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstütze die technische Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse in der Filterfertigung, insbesondere in der Silikonverarbeitung und Dosiertechnik
  • Betreue Stanz-, Dosier- und Prüfanlagen und stelle effiziente sowie zuverlässige Produktionsprozesse sicher
  • Übernimm die Beschaffung und Auslegung von Fertigungsanlagen und Betriebsmitteln und erstelle entsprechend der geforderten Spezifikationen Lasten- und Pflichtenhefte
  • Entwickle und implementiere effiziente Automatisierungslösungen und stimme die Auslegung sowie Konfiguration der Anlagen mit den relevanten internen Stakeholdern ab
  • Begleite die Inbetriebnahme sowie die finale, vorbehaltlose Abnahme der Anlagen im Rahmen von FAT | SAT
  • Erkenne und beseitige Fehler an Produktionslinien, um Ausfall- und Stillstandzeiten zu vermeiden
  • Bewerte und optimiere Prozesse, Systeme und Anlagen hinsichtlich ihrer effizienten Nutzung und etabliere Best Practices
  • Unterstütze die Entwicklung neuer Produkte und überführe diese in die Produktion

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, beispielsweise Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Medizintechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Beschaffung und Auslegung neuer Produktionsanlagen ist wünschenswert
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und technische Zusammenhänge sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im relevanten Operations-Umfeld
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit Risikoanalysen wie FMEA sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse analytischer Softwareanwendungen
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office und CAD; Kenntnisse in SAP und Onshape sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Zuhörfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Lösungsorientierung für die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse und Verständnis relevanter Qualitätsmanagementsysteme wie ISO 9000
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10%
