🧰 Poste : Chargé d’accueil F/H

📃 Contrat : CDD d’un mois du 15/10 au 13/11

📆 Horaires : 35h, du lundi au vendredi, de 9h-18h avec une pause de 2h

📍 Localisation : Résidence Duquesne, métro Foch, ligne A

En tant que Chargé(e) d’Accueil, vous êtes le premier visage et la première voix de la résidence. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la qualité des relations avec les résidents, les familles, les intervenants extérieurs et les équipes de l'établissement.

Vos missions principales :

  • Accueil physique : Orienter et renseigner les familles, visiteurs, professionnels de santé et prestataires extérieurs avec bienveillance et courtoisie.
  • Accueil téléphonique : Réceptionner, filtrer et retransmettre les appels vers les bons interlocuteurs (Direction, Cadre de Soins, Pôle Administratif...).
  • Gestion du courrier et des flux : Réceptionner, trier et distribuer le courrier entrant, enregistrer le courrier départ, et gérer les réceptions de colis.
  • Suivi administratif de premier niveau : Participation à des tâches secrétariat simples (mise à jour de registres, création de badges, classement, prise de rendez-vous).
  • Sécurité des accès : Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité, des émargements à l'entrée et à la fluidité des accès dans l'établissement.

  • Vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste d'accueil, de standard ou de secrétariat (une expérience dans le secteur médico-social ou hôtelier est un plus).
  • Vous faites preuve d'une excellente présentation, d'un relationnel chaleureux et d'une grande empathie. Votre écoute, votre patience et votre discrétion sont naturellement adaptées à un public sénior et aux familles.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques de base (Pack Office, messagerie électronique) et possédez une aisance orale et rédactionnelle irréprochable.
