You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities: • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans • Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care • Maintain accurate and timely documentation • Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members What You Bring • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible) • A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Reliability and a commitment to excellence • Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required What We Offer • Competitive wages • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holiday pay • 401(k) with company match • Employee recognition programs • Supportive leadership and a culture that values you Be Part of Something Meaningful In our organization, care is more than a job—it’s a calling.
