Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unserer WordPress-Websites, vom Frontend bis zum Backend.
  • Du bist im First-Level-Support erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen an den Standorten.
  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau von Automatisierungen und Schnittstellen zwischen unseren Tools, z. B. mit Zapier und APIs.
  • Du hilfst dabei, unsere Business-Systeme zu betreuen und zu optimieren.
  • Du pflegst Daten in unseren Systemen und sorgst für saubere Datenqualität.
  • Du erstellst Anleitungen und führst Schulungen für Mitarbeitende durch.
  • Du arbeitest an neuen internen Tools und Projekten mit.

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich ist schön, aber kein Muss. Quereinsteiger mit praktischer Erfahrung sind willkommen.
  • Programmieren liegt Dir: Du verstehst, wie Code funktioniert, und hast solide Kenntnisse in WordPress, HTML/CSS und idealerweise JavaScript oder PHP. Neue Sprachen und Tools lernst Du gerne dazu.
  • Du arbeitest Dich schnell und selbstständig in neue Systeme ein und willst Dich fachlich stetig weiterentwickeln.
  • Du interessierst Dich für Business-Software, Automatisierung und Prozesse.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, und Support macht Dir Spaß.
  • Du kannst Technik verständlich erklären.
  • Du sprichst gut Deutsch und gut Englisch.
