The posting
About the Role You'll join the Operations team of a fast-growing property and residential leasing business based in Australia, working as the critical link between prospective tenants and the on-site leasing team. You'll manage leads from first contact through to confirmed tour, keeping the pipeline moving with speed, warmth, and sharp attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to new leads within 2 hours by phone and email, capturing key preferences along the way
- Schedule and manage property tours across multiple buildings using the CRM and booking calendar
- Confirm tour attendance 24 hours ahead and again on the morning of the appointment
- Re-engage leads who've gone quiet to keep bookings on track
- Answer CRM enquiries about tours and respond to prospect questions
- Join daily team huddles and share insights on lead activity and trends
- Compile a daily activity report covering leads, calls, bookings, and pricing feedback
- Help spot and flag potential safety concerns in line with workplace practices
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years in a customer service role — you know how to build rapport fast
- Confident, natural communicator across both phone (the majority of your day) and email
- Comfortable in MS Office and CRM systems, with an eye for accurate data entry
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and cool under pressure when priorities shift
- A warm, engaging personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in leasing, real estate, or high-volume call/data-entry environments — a definite plus, not a requirement
What's In It For You
- Be part of a supportive Operations team with clear daily rhythms and huddles
- Play a genuinely important front-line role in a growing leasing pipeline
- Work with modern CRM and leasing tools
- Competitive salary, discussed during the interview
