## Job Summary As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the social media presence of our brands. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for trends, and is eager to drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness. You will have the opportunity to work on content creation, data analysis, influencer collaborations, and more, all while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive start-up environment.

## Responsibilities - Manage and update social media accounts for the company’s brands across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. - Create engaging content including reels, posts, and stories tailored to each platform. - Analyze social media insights and metrics to improve engagement and overall social media performance. - Monitor and adopt the latest trends, features, and best practices for each platform. - Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand reach and credibility. - Drive brand awareness and sales through innovative social media strategies. - Utilize social media marketing tools to streamline and optimize campaign performance. - Work proactively, taking responsibility for assigned tasks and contributing ideas to the team.

## Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media or internet marketing. - Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Proficiency in English (spoken and written). - Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and their latest features. - Experience in Instagram content creation, including reels and posts. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with social media marketing and analytics tools. - Demonstrated ability to work proactively and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in influencer identification and outreach. - Knowledge of additional social media platforms and emerging digital trends. - Creative mindset with a flair for visual storytelling. - Previous experience in the wellness, aromatherapy, or home fragrance industry is a plus, but not required.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 1 year in Social Media Marketing, Internet Marketing, or related field. - Relevant experience in content creation, social media analytics, and influencer collaboration is highly valued.

## Environment - Work Setting: In-office - Location: Kalina, Mumbai - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Collaborative start-up environment with direct access to founders and cross-functional learning opportunities.

## Salary - ₹96,000 - ₹1,20,000 per annum (internship stipend)
