Job Summary

The Senior Site Foreman supports the Deputy PM/PM by coordinating subcontractors and workers on site for formwork, concrete, rebar, and reinforcement tasks, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret construction drawings before communicating instructions to subcontractors and workers
  • Lead workers to execute basement lean concrete placement and prepare formwork and rebar installations
  • Inspect and oversee casting of basement slabs, walls, and columns to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain a clean and safe site environment to support efficient and safe task execution by subcontractors and workers
  • Assist in scheduling manpower and resources, compiling daily man-hour reports, and resolving site issues promptly
  • Coordinate and monitor timely delivery and availability of materials and equipment to meet construction schedules
  • Prepare and submit daily allocation sheets to track workforce deployment
  • Manage receipt and ordering of materials from the store to maintain adequate supplies
  • Enforce adherence to workplace safety practices to minimize risks and ensure compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Singapore building or underground MRT/civil projects
  • Proficient in reading and understanding relevant construction drawings, specifications, and details
  • Experience completing at least one project cycle valued at S$100 million or above
