Descrição da Vaga

Gerente Comercial – Cerrado

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar como Gerente Comercial, sendo responsável pela gestão e desenvolvimento da operação comercial na região do Cerrado.

Esse profissional terá como principais responsabilidades liderar a equipe comercial, acompanhar resultados, desenvolver canais e clientes estratégicos e identificar oportunidades de crescimento, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da presença da Satis na região.

Buscamos alguém com perfil estratégico, comercial e de liderança, com visão de mercado, capacidade de análise, organização, comunicação, relacionamento e foco em resultados.

✅ Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em Agronomia, Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência na área comercial, preferencialmente no segmento do Agro;
  • Experiência com gestão de equipes e liderança comercial;
  • Conhecimento do mercado agrícola e da dinâmica comercial da região de atuação;
  • Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e relacionamento;
  • Organização, planejamento, visão estratégica e orientação para resultados.

  • Pós graduação na área.
  • Experiência com Nutrifisiologia, Adjuvantes ou insumos agrícolas;
  • Conhecimento da região;
  • Experiência com gestão de grandes contas e clientes estratégicos.
