Som Customer Care medarbejder hos SATS er du det første smil, vores medlemmer møder, når de træder ind i fitnesscentret. Du hjælper mennesker til en sundere livsstil og et bedre helbred, samtidig med at du arbejder i et energifyldt miljø fyldt med mening og menneskelig kontakt. Stillingen er på ca. 7 timer om ugen fordelt i vagtskema inden for fitnesscentrets åbningstid.

Arbejdsopgaver

  • Tage imod medlemmer og sikre, at de føler sig velkomne og inspirerede
  • Hjælpe medlemmer med at nå deres mål og skabe mærkbar udvikling
  • Tilbyde medlemskaber og produkter med overbevisning og faglig viden
  • Sætte dig grundigt ind i kampagner, produkter og tiltag og dele din viden med medlemmerne
  • Gøre rent på alle vagter – fitnesscentret skal være rent og indbydende i hele åbningstiden
  • Bruge SATS' værktøjer og systemer effektivt

Vi søger dig, der

  • Erfaring med salg eller service
  • Vant til at kommunikere med mange forskellige mennesker
  • Har arbejdet i et travlt miljø, hvor fleksibilitet og engagement er vigtigt
  • Kan arbejde følgende vagter: lørdag lige uger kl. 17:45–23:15, lørdag ulige uger kl. 04:45–09:15, søndag ulige uger kl. 17:45–23:15
