The posting

The Software Development Lead manages the development team and ensures technical projects are delivered on time and to a high standard using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development team, set priorities, and track progress against delivery goals.
  • Design technical architectures and guide the team on key technologies and design decisions.
  • Run project execution using Agile and Scrum frameworks, including planning and managing sprints.
  • Uphold code quality and ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and remove obstacles that affect team delivery.
  • Mentor and coach team members to build their technical and professional skills.
  • Ensure the delivery of stable, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
  • Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to define requirements for technical solutions.

  • Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Solid background in code quality practices and software testing
