The posting

SHIPPING - WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Overall Goal of Position:

Tactically and strategically source raw materials and packaging to support factory operations while supporting and building our Brand.

Job Summary The shipping/receiving associate will perform daily duties and tasks as outlined but not limited to the loading and un-loading of trucks, stage and or pull selected orders for daily shipments, within the 3 warehouses. Participating in general housekeeping as outlined by management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Proven experience as a forklift operator. Unload materials or production from incoming vehicles and relocate to proper destinations. Ability to use RF scanner for picking, relocating and production purposes. Locate, stack, or palletize finished goods for shipping. List production activity and log all completed tasks. Follow all safety policies and procedures as dictated by the organization or state and local agencies. Identifying workplace hazards. Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills Requirement:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work and thrive under time constraints and juggle/prioritize responsibilities.

Education and Experience Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Forklift certification.
