The posting

Vi søger i Center for Handicap en ny nattevagt til en fast stilling i vores nattevagtskorps med start 1. december 206 eller snarest herefter. Din primære tilknytning vil være på Saustrup, men der vil være mulighed for at byde ind på ekstra vagter i hele vores center.

Stillingen er på 32 timer pr. uge, i en 5-2 ordning med arbejde hver anden weekend i lige uger (ulige uger fra 2027). Vagterne ligger i tidsrummet 23.00-07.15. På Saustrup er der én vågen nattevagt samt én sovende rådighedsvagt. Denne stilling vil udelukkende omhandle de vågne nattevagter.

Saustrup er et døgndækket længerevarende botilbud til voksne med udviklingshæmning, som ligger 12 kilometer øst for Holstebro i landlige omgivelser, omgivet af skov og marker på en 6 hektar stor grund med gartneri, dyrehold og stor have. Den daglige struktur på Saustrup er i høj grad tilpasset den enkeltes behov og med stor vægt på trivsel og glæde i et hjemligt miljø.

Saustrup består af i alt 22 lejligheder fordelt på 8 lejligheder på Gl. Saustrup, og 14 lejligheder på Ny Saustrup.

I Center for Handicap er alle nattevagter samlet under én leder. Denne har hver 3. uge en udekørende nat, hvor alle tilbud i centret får besøg. Det giver mulighed for dialog og for lige at se hinanden i øjnene og hvor omdrejningspunktet for mødet er trivsel og snak om det, der lige fylder.

Der er 3 gange årligt lokale nattevagtsmøder på de tilbud, hvor man er tilknyttet samt ét større personalemøde årligt, hvor alle nattevagter er samlet. Nattevagtsgruppen har egen tillidsrepræsentant samt arbejdsmiljørepræsentant.
