Job Purpose

We are looking for a results-driven Consumables Sales Field Consultant to join our team and drive sales of office and school supplies. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, product knowledge, and strategic sales execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications Required

3 - 5 years of sales experience (advantageous).

Proven ability to sell, cross-sell, and upsell products effectively.

Strong relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Valid drivers license and access to reliable transport.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring continued business growth.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the full range of office and school supplies, offering expert advice tailored to each clients needs.

Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth evaluations of customer requirements to provide cost-effective and efficient solutions.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue and market penetration.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service by proactively addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
