Customer Service Representative

Location: Durban

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide administrative support to the department and Account Executive.

The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating client requirements, managing quotations and job administration, liaising between internal departments, and following jobs through the production process.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, comfortable dealing with clients, and able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Administration

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the department and Account Executive.
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotation approvals and accuracy.
  • Facilitate client requirements and ensure appropriate follow-through.

Quotations & Job Coordination

  • Ensure quotation requests are submitted to estimators timeously.
  • Ensure completed quotations are sent to clients within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotation approvals.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc projects and review deliverables.
  • Follow jobs through the production process to ensure requirements are met. Internal Vacancy - CSR

Internal Coordination & Production Support

  • Act as a key point of contact between relevant internal departments.
  • Create jobs within the required business system.
  • Produce work tickets and ensure all specifications are captured accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality across all work outputs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric is essential.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in customer service and/or office administration.
  • Strong general business understanding with commercial awareness.
  • Advanced computer skills. Internal Vacancy - CSR
