We are looking for Cape Town / Durban

Overview

We're looking for a commercially minded Data & Reporting Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and strategy—supporting key stakeholders with high-quality reporting and analytics that influence decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse, cleanse, and model multiple datasets to uncover trends, insights, and performance opportunities
  • Deliver deep-dive campaign analysis with clear recommendations for optimisation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI and Google Analytics
  • Automate recurring and ad hoc reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Translate data into meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and risk mitigation across projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support performance tracking and business growth initiatives

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years' experience in a data, reporting, or analytics role
  • Relevant qualification in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Google Analytics
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms and performance metrics
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Advanced Excel and data handling skills
