Job Specification: Junior Project Manager Industry Focus: Digital and Telecommunications

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the digital and telecommunications space. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects while ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and innovative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress on project deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in managing project scope and changes effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in resource allocation and tracking to optimize project efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action points, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital and telecommunications.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience:5+ years of experience in project coordination or management (experience within the digital or telecommunications industry is a plus).
  • Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Other:Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
