About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Advisor to join an elite team focused on delivering exceptional financial guidance to high-net-worth individuals and businesses. This is a key leadership position where youll work directly with senior clients to craft bespoke financial strategies, managing both their wealth and legacy with precision and care. As a trusted advisor, you will be the cornerstone of your clients' financial success, offering tailored solutions that align with their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with affluent clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk profiles.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, including investment portfolios, tax efficiency, estate planning, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Provide expert guidance on wealth management and optimization, navigating complex market conditions with confidence.
  • Regularly review and refine client portfolios, adapting to evolving financial goals and market shifts.
  • Stay at the forefront of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial products.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer integrated, holistic financial solutions.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding sales and performance targets (demonstrated over the last 12 months).
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certifications: CFP, RE5, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience: Extensive experience as a Financial Advisor, with expertise in managing complex portfolios.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of advanced financial products, wealth management strategies, tax regulations, and investment planning.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, communication skills, and a proven ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing trust-based, long-term client relationships.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with financial planning tools and software.
