Zorgassistent (10 uur per week)

Jouw toegevoegde waarde voor onze cliënten:

  • Als Zorgassistent voer je (assisterende) taken uit aan onze bewoners. Je levert een bijdrage aan een prettige woon- en leefsfeer. Je hebt daarbij aandacht voor het behouden de eigen regie van de cliënt. Ook houd je rekening met de werkvolgorde, de mogelijkheden en wensen van cliënten. Je bent je bewust van het effect van je handelen en gedrag op de cliënt.
  • Het ondersteunen bij drank- en maaltijdverstrekking en het hieruit verrichten van voortvloeiende werkzaamheden, zoals tafeldekken.
  • Het verrichten van huishoudelijke werkzaamheden zoals het verschonen van bedden, afwassen, prullenbakken legen en was opruimen. Daarnaast worden cliënten ondersteund bij transfer.
  • Het proactief bijdragen aan een prettige woon-/leefsfeer en opgeruimde en plezierige (leef)ruimtes.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een zelfstandig team en draagt gezamenlijk bij aan het realiseren van de organisatieambitie om optimale zorg en ondersteuning te realiseren. Je verricht je werkzaamheden, waarbij je vakinhoudelijk kunt terugvallen op verschillende collega’s binnen Savant.
  • Als zorgassistent ondersteun je daarnaast cliënten bij lichte ADL-activiteiten zoals wassen, douchen en aankleden maar ook nagels knippen, haar verzorgen en het ondersteunen bij de toiletgang van cliënten waarbij lichte ondersteuning voldoende is.

Dit is wat we jou geven

  • Je krijgt een contract van 10 uur gemiddeld per week.
  • Je krijgt een arbeidsovereenkomst voor in eerste instantie een jaar.
  • De werktijden worden na overleg vastgesteld en zijn volgens rooster. Op dit moment zijn de werktijden voornamelijk tussen 08:00 uur en 13:00 uur, je werkt om het weekend en tijdens feestdagen.
  • Je wordt ingeschaald in FWG 20 (max. €3.064,53) op basis van relevante werkervaring. Als je nog niet over het ADL certificaat beschikt wordt je eerst ingeschaald als zorgassistent in opleiding in FWG 15 en word je intern opgeleid (3 maanden).

Wat breng jij mee? Je hebt minimaal de cursus individuele zorgverlening behaald, of bent bereid dat te behalen als je zorgassistent wil worden. Ook heb je basiskennis en enige ervaring met de doelgroep en bijbehorende gedragsproblematiek. Je hebt tact, inlevingsvermogen en weet hoe je cliënten hulpvaardig en klantvriendelijk te woord kan staan, zoals bij het afstemmen van werkzaamheden. Je werkt altijd samen met de cliënt, zijn netwerk en je collega’s, dus je bent in staat zowel verbaal als non-verbaal passend te communiceren. Mondeling weet je je duidelijk uit te drukken en je kunt goed communiceren bij het ondersteunen van cliënten en hun naasten.

Ook heb je gevoel voor het menselijk lichaam en het mentaal en sociaal welbevinden, zodat je (lichamelijke) veranderingen in de situatie van de cliënt kunt herkennen.
