L'area Headquarter Services fa parte della struttura Operations e svolge una funzione operativa fondamentale per la nostra organizzazione: si occupa di gestire e supervisionare tutte le attività relative al corretto funzionamento dell'ufficio e dei suoi servizi, sia essenziali che accessori. Il nostro obiettivo è garantire un'esperienza efficace e agevole a tutti i colleghi che ne usufruiscono, assicurando un ambiente di lavoro funzionale, efficiente e confortevole.

All'interno dell'area Headquarter Services, il/la tirocinante avrà l'opportunità di comprendere quali siano i processi che governano la “macchina operativa” e di immergersi nelle dinamiche che garantiscono il supporto e l'efficienza quotidiana di tutti i servizi che fanno capo alla sede centrale dell’Organizzazione, in un’ottica di efficienza e smart problem solving.

Questo stage rappresenta un'opportunità concreta per:

  • Sviluppare competenze di problem solving operativo, fondamentali nel supporto alle attività operative e amministrative che garantiscono l'efficienza del nostro ambiente lavorativo
  • Acquisire dimestichezza nell’organizzazione di flussi e documenti, dall'amministrazione della corrispondenza alla gestione delle informazioni
  • Conoscere i processi base che consentono di efficientare e ottimizzare i servizi, quali l’approvvigionamento di risorse e forniture e lo sviluppo di una reportistica di base, imparando a collaborare con i colleghi e a curare i dettagli per un ambiente ufficio funzionale
  • Sviluppare un’attitudine al customer service per agire l’ascolto e la cura delle esigenze interne, gestendo comunicazioni e supportando l'organizzazione di incontri, contribuendo al benessere dei collaboratori.

ATTIVITA'

  • Supporta l’accoglienza e la fruizione efficace degli spazi dell’ufficio
  • Supporta la gestione del centralino telefonico, ove necessario, attraverso lo smistamento delle chiamate e della posta in arrivo
  • Fornisce un supporto amministrativo di base: raccolta e archiviazione documenti, preparazione materiali
  • Collabora con altre aree per rispondere alle esigenze operative quotidiane
  • Contribuisce a fornire un supporto operativo e organizzativo per la gestione delle richieste del personale, verifica lo stato di avanzamento delle attività operative richieste e di eventi interni/esterni
  • Supporta il team nella gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori per garantire il regolare funzionamento degli uffici e delle attività operative, nonché nella ricerca di nuovi fornitori
  • Supporta la reportistica e il monitoraggio delle attività, contribuendo alla creazione di report di base relativi ai ticket e monitorando l'avanzamento delle attività, supportando la sintesi delle informazioni per l'ottimizzazione dei servizi

ESPERIENZE E QUALIFICHE

  • Laurea in Scienze del Turismo/Scienze dell'Organizzazione/Gestione di impresa/Scienze della Comunicazione
  • Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in parti
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
