Sobre a vaga:

O Analista de RH atua no suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais de Recursos Humanos, garantindo organização, conformidade e apoio aos colaboradores e à gestão.

Regime de Contratação: CLT (Efetivo)

100% presencial

Horário de Trabalho: Seg. a Qui. das 08h às 18h e às Sex. das 08h às 17h.

Disponibilidade para eventuais banco de horas

Responsabilidades

  • Garantir a correta execução de processos operacionais de RH
  • Manter a confidencialidade das informações dos colaboradores
  • Cumprir prazos de rotinas (processo de admissão, recrutamento e seleção de vagas, endomarketing)
  • Apoiar a melhoria dos processos internos
  • Assegurar que dados estejam atualizados e corretos
  • Seguir normas legais e políticas da empresa

  • Aderência a prazos de processos de RH

Piso Salarial: A combinar

  • Apoiar processos de recrutamento e seleção (triagem de currículos, agendamento e realização de entrevistas)
  • Realizar integração (onboarding) de novos colaboradores
  • Participar das demandas de endomarketing (campanhas)
  • Atualizar cadastros e manter dados no sistema de RH
  • Apoiar ações de treinamento e desenvolvimento
  • Auxiliar em processos de desligamento (documentação, entrevistas)
  • Atender colaboradores para esclarecimento de dúvidas
  • Organizar documentos e arquivos do setor
