Sobre a vaga:

Responsável por liderar a equipe de treinamento, garantindo a qualidade e eficácia da capacitação dos colaboradores. Atua no acompanhamento de indicadores, desenvolvimento da equipe, atualização de conteúdos, integração de novos colaboradores e melhoria contínua dos processos de treinamento, em parceria com as lideranças da operação.

Regime de Contratação: CLT (Efetivo)

100% presencial

Horário de Trabalho: Seg. a Qui. das 08h às 18h e de sex das 08h às 17h.

Disponibilidade para eventuais bancos de horas.

Localização: Região sul de São Paulo, SP.

Buscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) de Treinamento para atuar na gestão da equipe responsável pela capacitação e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores, garantindo a qualidade dos treinamentos, a aplicação dos conteúdos e a aderência aos processos da operação. Será responsável por acompanhar indicadores de treinamento, desenvolver a equipe, estruturar e revisar conteúdos, acompanhar a evolução dos novos colaboradores, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e atuar em parceria com as lideranças para garantir a melhor preparação para os atendimentos.

Requisitos: perfil comunicativo, organizado, didático, proativo, capacidade de liderança, facilidade para desenvolver pessoas, senso crítico, planejamento, acompanhamento de resultados e foco em melhoria contínua.
