Scope of the Job:

This leadership role involves complete ownership of project design from land acquisition to pre-construction phase. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural, structural, and services design, ensuring quality, innovation, and timely execution aligned with the brand's vision.

Qualifications:

  • Currently or previously with a large branded real estate organization
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end design and engineering management
  • Proven leadership in handling large-scale residential/commercial projects
  • Age should not exceed 45 years
  • Ability to take full accountability and drive multi-disciplinary teams
