Scope of the Job:

As a Field Loan Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and servicing micro-loans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections. This is a field-intensive role requiring local travel and interaction with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Age between 21 to 30 years preferred
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
  • Must possess a smartphone
  • Open to working at locations over 50 km from home
