Att jobba som Incident Manager

Det här är en ny roll där du får möjlighet att forma framtidens IT-incidenthantering på SBAB. Som Incident Manager leder och samordnar du hanteringen av större och verksamhetskritiska incidenter samtidigt som du ansvarar för långsiktigt förbättringsarbete.

Du blir en central kontaktpunkt vid incidenter där du säkerställer att rätt kompetenser involveras för snabb återställning och minsta möjliga påverkan på verksamheten. Du analyserar mönster, leder uppföljningar och driver förbättringar som höjer kvaliteten i incidenthanteringen över tid.

Rollen innebär nära samarbete med andra delar inom SBAB där du säkerställer att kommunikationen fungerar genom hela incidentens livscykel och där du blir en viktig drivkraft i arbetet med att stärka bankens operativa förmåga. Du rapporterar till Tech Operations Manager.

Kollegan vi söker

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av incidenthantering inom IT samt av att leda och koordinera hanteringen av större incidenter eller driftstörningar. Du har god förståelse för IT-miljöer och erfarenhet av processutveckling och kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete.

För att trivas och lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är en självgående person som behåller lugnet när det oväntade händer. Du arbetar strukturerat, har lätt för att prioritera under press och kan snabbt sätta dig in i komplexa situationer, analysera orsaker och driva arbetet mot en lösning. Du är kommunikativ och förtroendeingivande, med förmåga att samla olika intressenter kring en gemensam riktning. Samtidigt har du ett starkt förbättringsdriv och motiveras av att utveckla arbetssätt, processer och rutiner som skapar långsiktigt värde.

Du kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska.
