Job Profile Summary Ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies including FAA, FCC, along with any federal and state government agencies. Your Next Career Opportunity – Regulatory Compliance Manager Ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies including FAA, FCC, along with any federal and state government agencies. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities Review environmental (NEPA, EA, Phase I) reports and file with FCC accordingly. Review, investigate and note any regulatory discrepancies for all towers. Report towers to FAA and FCC within required time frames and track FAA/FCC status of all sites. Provide support to the Associate General Counsel of Regulatory Compliance Inform field offices of new FAA and FCC regulations as they change. Advise and negotiate with the field offices on problem sites. Participate in and coordinate FCC environmental evaluations. Order SHPO/THPO consultation services for tower leasing. Manage RTP process with NBG. Manage RTP process for tower replacements. Manage FCC FRN accounts. Manage the CRM violations tracker. Daily data entry in the property management database. Daily contact with field personnel, clients, government agencies and environmental consultants. Other projects and duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee and advise compliance specialists. Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high performing team members. Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities. Empower team members to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance. Create a culture that is consistent with the organization’s focus on team member engagement and that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Lead team members using a performance management and development focused approach to assist in goal setting, two-way feedback, and performance development planning. Lead team members to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishments. What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements BA/BS required 7+ years experience with governmental compliance process Previous experience with environmental regulations preferred. Knowledge of tower industry preferred/ Must demonstrate intermediate knowledge and ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Internet navigation and email. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and/or governmental regulations. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area and volume.
