Ce qui vous attend: Le Facility Management Immobilier est le service compétent des CFF, actif dans toute la Suisse, en ce qui concerne la propreté et l'élimination des graffitis. Avec l'entretien des installations publiques, nous soutenons durablement l'image et l'activité principale des transports publics.

Ce que vous pouvez faire bouger: En tant qu'agent de nettoyage professionnel vous contribuez à la satisfaction de nos clients en travaillant de manière autonome au nettoyage et à l'élimination des déchets dans les gares et autres objets assignés. Vous répondez de la propreté, de l'ordre, ainsi que de l'élimination des actes de vandalisme de manière à ce que nos clients ressentent un sentiment de sécurité. Vous respectez les procédures, méthodes de travail et protocoles de nettoyage dans l'accomplissement des tâches. Vous assumez la responsabilité de l'utilisation appropriée et de l'entretien quotidien des machines de nettoyage et de travail et vous les utilisez conformément aux prescriptions. En cas de questions, vous êtes là pour conseiller les clientes et clients des CFF dans et autour de la gare.

Ce que vous apportez: Un permis de conduire catégorie B/BE. Un AFP ou CFC comme agent de propreté ou agent d'exploitation sont idéalement requis pour ce poste mais pas obligatoires. Vous vous distinguez comme une personne intègre, digne de confiance et fiable. Vous faites preuve d'orientation clientèle, d'esprit d'équipe et d'aptitudes manuelles. Vous êtes de nature dynamique et proactive, en bonne condition physique et apte à supporter des charges (porter et soulever des poids, travailler fréquemment debout, à pied et à l'extérieur). Vous faite preuve de flexibilité. Vous possédez des connaissances de base sur les outils de travail numérique (smartphone) et avez des capacités à communiquer avec les applications utilisées (Outlook, Teams, etc). Vous avez au minimum un niveau B1 en français (présentation d'certificat d'une école officielle en Suisse à justifier). Vous répondez aux exigences relatives à la sécurité (examen RTE20100 Ssta) ainsi qu'aux critères d'aptitude médicale
