Right now, we’re looking for a Senior Go Developer to join our Product & Engineering Team and help build a scalable lead generation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break business cases into well-scoped tasks and deliver them end to end.
  • Build features in an AI-first workflow, guiding AI tools toward the right solution.
  • Make architectural decisions and keep code quality high through thorough code review.
  • Design and evolve backend services and the overall platform architecture.
  • Work with PostgreSQL: data modeling, query optimization, migrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand how traffic is acquired and monetized.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of commercial backend development experience
  • Experience with Go, or a strong background in another backend language and readiness to work in Go
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
  • Deep understanding of software architecture: SOLID, GRASP, design patterns, and development approaches
  • Comfortable working with AI coding tools and critically evaluating generated code
  • English level of B2 or higher

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in marketing, AdTech, or lead generation
