Für unseren „Flagship-Standort“ in Gießen suchen wir ab sofort einen führungsstarken

Leiter Instandhaltung & Facility Management (m/w/d)

Ihre Rolle:

In dieser Schlüsselrolle führen Sie ein starkes Team von insgesamt ca. 50 Mitarbeitenden (6 direkte Reports) und übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für 4 Fabriken, 1 Distributionszentrum sowie die Verwaltungsgebäude. Sie berichten dabei direkt an das operative Management.

Ihr Ziel:

Eine proaktive Instandhaltungskultur mittels LEAN und TPM etablieren.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Strategie und Kultur: Treiben von LEAN, Standardisierung, 5S und Einführung von Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); Förderung der autonomen Instandhaltung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion
  • Instandhaltung: Verantwortung für alle reaktiven, präventiven und vorausschauenden Maßnahmen; Optimierung von Planung, Terminierung und Ressourcen
  • KPI-Steuerung: Analyse und Optimierung von Ausfallzeiten, MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Termintreue und Budget/Kosten inklusive Ursachenanalysen (RCA).
  • Facility Management: Steuerung von Gebäuden, Infrastruktur, Versorgungsanlagen sowie die effiziente Koordination externer Dienstleister.
  • Compliance und EHS: Striktes Sicherstellen aller EHS-, Compliance- und gesetzlichen Vorgaben am Standort.
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken Instandhaltungs- und Facility-Teams

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder technische Ausbildung mit langjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, in der Gebäudetechnik oder im Management technischer Infrastruktur
  • Zusätzliche Qualifikationen in Arbeitssicherheit, LEAN / Continuous Improvement, TPM oder Maintenance Excellence sind von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung und Entwicklung größerer technischer Teams (idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld)
  • Methodenkompetenz: Tiefes Verständnis für LEAN, 5S und die erfolgreiche Implementierung von TPM
  • Analytische Stärke: KPI-getriebene Arbeitsweise (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Budgets, Ersatzteilen, Ressourcen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt, Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung mit CMMS oder vergleichbaren Instandhaltungsmanagementsystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
