Wir suchen zum 01.11.2026, ggf. früher, eine*n Club-Berater*in (w/m/d) für das Gebiet Bodensee-Schwarzwald auf Minijob-Basis (603 € / 45 Stunden / Monat).

Deine Aufgaben

Als Club-Berater*in besuchst Du Vereine in Deiner Region (Bodensee/Schwarzwald), lernst ihre Herausforderungen kennen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Vereinsverantwortlichen Lösungsansätze für die Bereiche Vereinsstruktur, Ehrenamt und Jugendarbeit. Deine Aufgaben sind konkret:

  • Vor-Ort-Besuche bei Vereinen: Du fährst zu einzelnen Vereinen, sprichst mit Vorsitzenden, Jugendleiter*innen und Ehrenamtlichen über ihre Situation und Ziele.
  • Vorstandstreff: Du organisierst und führst einen Vorstandstreff in Absprache mit dem Bezirksehrenamt und dem SBFV-Hauptamt in deiner Region pro Jahr durch.
  • Vereinsakquise: Du gehst aktiv auf Vereine in Deiner Region zu, informierst über das Angebot und gewinnst neue Vereine für die Beratung.
  • Begleitung über mehrere Monate: Idealerweise begleitest Du einen Verein mit drei Terminen über 10–14 Monate – Erstgespräch, Vertiefung und Follow-up.
  • Dokumentation: Du hältst Deine Besuche und Gespräche im digitalen CB-Dashboard des DFB fest.
  • Vernetzung: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Bezirksehrenamt und den hauptamtlichen SBFV-Kolleg*innen zusammen und verweist Vereine bei Bedarf an die richtigen Ansprechpartner*innen.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Hohe Affinität zum Amateurfußball und seinen Strukturen
  • Führerschein und eigener PKW
  • Kein laufendes Bezirks- oder Verbandsehrenamt beim SBFV (Satzung §22, Ziffer 10)
  • Gewissenhafte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in den Abendstunden und am Wochenende (das ist die Regel)

Schön wäre außerdem:

  • Du warst schon einmal als Referent*in tätig.
  • Du arbeitest routiniert mit Microsoft 365.
  • Erfahrung durch Vorstandsarbeit im Verein
  • Besitz einer Vereinsmanager-Lizenz (oder Bereitschaft zum Erwerb)
  • Erfahrung in der Prozessbegleitung oder Beratung
  • Idealerweise gut vernetzt in den zuständigen Bezirken
