  • Develop vehicle standards and sourcing strategies that balance safety, operational needs, availability, sustainability, and cost.

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Governance

  • Lead assigned sourcing projects from intake through implementation, including requirements definition, market analysis, RFI/RFP/RFQ execution, evaluation, negotiation, award recommendation, contracting support, and transition.
  • Build fact-based business cases that quantify baseline, savings, cost avoidance, implementation cost, risk, and operational impact.
  • Partner with Legal and stakeholders to define commercial terms, service levels, pricing controls, audit rights, data requirements, insurance, security, and termination protections.
  • Establish supplier governance routines, scorecards, quarterly business reviews, corrective-action plans, and escalation protocols.
  • Track realized savings and benefits in partnership with Finance and business owners; identify leakage and corrective actions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
