Als Projectleider bij SC-Steelframes ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van onze modulaire bouwprojecten, van initiatie tot oplevering. Je bewaakt de planning, budgettering en uitvoering van diverse projecten en werkt nauw samen met de sales afdeling, tekenaars, ingenieurs bureau’s, productie en uitvoerend personeel. Dankzij jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat projecten tijdig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden afgerond en dat in een zeer dynamische omgeving van een jonge en ambitieuze groei-KMO.

Met onze innovatieve aanpak en geavanceerde productiemethoden blijven we onze grenzen verleggen en de verwachtingen overtreffen.Door onze recente verhuis naar de iconische Echo-site, zetten we in op een verdere groei en een gevoelig hogere productiecapaciteit.

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden zullen hoofdzakelijk liggen in de volgende domeinen:

· Projectcoördinatie: Verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, bewaken en realiseren van projecten binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines en budgetten.

· Projectopvolging: degelijks aansturen en begeleiden van projectteams, inclusief interne en externe medewerkers op onze werven. Regelmatige werfbezoeken om proactief in te zetten op haalbaarheid van deadlines en de correcte oplevering van onze units.

· Kwaliteitsbewaking: Zorgen dat projecten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen en voldoen aan de regelgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

· Stakeholdermanagement: Onderhouden van nauwe relaties met klanten, onderaannemers en andere partners om samenwerking en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.

· Innovatie: Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en innovaties in onze modulaire bouwmethodes

Wie wij zoeken!

· Een ervaren projectleider met goede kennis van droogbouw.

· Minimaal een Bachelor Bouw/ Bachelor in een aanleunende technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie

· Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider, bij voorkeur in de droogbouw

· Ervaring of sterke interesse met de modulaire bouwmethoden en staalframeconstructies is een pluspunt

· Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden omdat je als het ware de spilfiguur bent tussen alle stakeholders

· Een oplossingsgerichte, proactieve houding en een scherp technisch inzicht.

· Ervaring met projectmanagementsoftware en het opstellen en bewaken rapportages.
