Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du unterstützt unser Legal-Team aktiv im Alltag, indem du administrative Aufgaben übernimmst
  • Zudem steuerst du digitale Vertragsprozesse (z. B. via Docusign)
  • Des Weiteren arbeitest du eng mit anderen Teams zusammen (z. B. CEO-Office) und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss
  • Nicht zuletzt führst du perspektivisch eigenständige Recherchen durch und übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte

Qualifikationen

  • Du studierst Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht an einer deutschen Universität oder Hochschule
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen aus vorangegangenen Praktika in Kanzleien oder Unternehmen sind keine Voraussetzung, aber ein Plus
  • Du verfügst über ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, insbesondere im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Du bringst eine sorgfältige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise mit, gepaart mit Organisationstalent und einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist voraussichtlich 20 h / Woche verfügbar
