  • Work closely with public sector legal teams to manage and improve our contracting processes, including contract management systems and contracts signature systems
  • Guide stakeholders in self-serve contracting processes as well as directly negotiate NDAs, task orders, modifications, prime contracts, vendor agreements, and other agreements
  • Partner with cross functional partners to track ongoing obligations post-signature
  • Document fulfillment of contract milestones/deliverables, invoices and cash collection.
  • Support the business and legal team members on legal review for customer questionnaires, security questionnaires, and a variety of other customer-driven requests.
  • Help build and maintain internal processes, resources, and tools to help scale the legal function.

You have:

  • Active Security Clearance or ability/willingness to apply.
  • Experience with a wide array of legal documents and contractual agreements, including NDAs, task orders, modifications, prime contracts, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts

  • Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans.
  • A roll-up your sleeves attitude to tackle projects large and small and a collaborative, low-ego approach to collaborating across the organization

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
