Scale Tech Media is a video-first social media agency for international brands. We help businesses grow through short-form video, social content and digital advertising.

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales & Social Media Marketing Executive to grow our client base and look after our accounts. This is a sales-focused role, supported by hands-on social media work.

What you'll do

  • Generate and follow up on new business leads
  • Present our services to prospective clients and close new accounts
  • Build lasting client relationships as their main point of contact
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Support social media content, campaigns and paid ads
  • Attend client meetings, shoots and events

What we're looking for

  • Experience in sales, business development or account management
  • Results-driven and comfortable working towards targets
  • Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people
  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads
  • Photo and short-form video editing skills are a plus
  • Good written and spoken English; Mandarin or Malay is an advantage
  • Able to commit to full-day events and regional travel when required
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident or Long-Term Visit Pass holder with a Letter of Consent (LOC). We are unable to sponsor work passes (EP, S Pass or Work Permit).
