What makes you a great fit

  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and a knack for creatively finding ways to break things
  • English and Lithuanian — Lithuanian is required

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence
  • Basic SQL/database knowledge
  • Basic coding skills in any language

Team & reporting

  • Team size: up to 10 people (developers + QA)
  • Reports to: the QA Lead and the team's Engineering Manager

  • Modern office with kitchen and casual amenities
  • Free parking near the office
  • The chance to work in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment with real product impact

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
