The posting

Our client, a fast-growing international e-commerce company scaling multiple brands on Amazon, is looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to own its catalog operations end-to-end. You'll be the person who keeps multiple ASINs healthy, optimised, and ready to scale, across US and international marketplaces.

This role suits someone highly organised, detail-obsessed, and energised by solving catalog problems before they become revenue problems. You'll work closely with PPC, design, copy, and supply chain, with real ownership and a clear path to more responsibility as the brand grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Catalog & Account Management

  • Own Amazon Seller Central catalog operations end-to-end across US and international marketplaces
  • Resolve daily catalog issues — listing suppressions, stranded inventory, broken variations, policy warnings, reinstatements — quickly and thoroughly
  • Build and maintain parent-child relationships using flat files, bulk uploads, and templates
  • Keep catalog health, compliance, and data consistency clean across all ASINs

Listing Optimisation & Content

  • Optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and A+ Content for conversion and discoverability
  • Coordinate content updates with designers, copywriters, and the PPC team to keep listings on-brand and high-performing
  • Apply Amazon best practices and brand style guidelines consistently across the catalog

Scaling & Marketplace Expansion

  • Support new product launches — listing setup, variation strategy, compliance checks
  • Help lead expansion into new marketplaces (EU/UK and beyond)
  • Proactively spot opportunities to improve underperforming listings

Cost & Operational Efficiency

  • Optimise packaging and product dimensions to stay under key FBA fee thresholds
  • Monitor catalogue-related cost drivers that affect margin
  • Flag fee, compliance, or operational risks before they become costly

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with PPC managers, supply chain, and leadership
  • Build and maintain clear internal documentation and SOPs for catalog processes
  • Communicate issues, risks, and opportunities proactively — no surprises

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central catalogs at scale
  • Strong command of Amazon flat files, variation logic, and catalog troubleshooting
  • Extremely detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven approach to work
  • A proactive problem-solver who can run independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Comfortable working with a fast-moving, growth-focused, distributed team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Walmart Seller Centre or Shopify
  • Experience working across EU/UK marketplaces
  • Familiarity with FBA fee structures and cost optimisation
  • Experience with product launches
  • Amazon PPC knowledge
  • Prior experience helping scale a brand beyond $5M+/year in revenue
