Наш клієнт, амбітна продуктова команда з власним баїнгом трафіку, яка створює сучасні інформаційні рішення і тестує їх на міжнародних ринках, шукає досвідченого керівника контентного напрямку. Ми шукаємо спеціаліста, який зможе «з нуля» визначити найбільш перспективні для наявних продуктів канали у різних гео і разом з СМО розробить і впровадить контентні воронки та КРІ для них. Ми одразу даємо можливість залучати своїх / або рекомендованих нами виконавців на аутстафі, та згодом за необхідності можемо розглядати набір контентної команди інхаус.

Бекграунд - Досвід роботи з усіма основними контентними форматами традиційні соцмедіа (в першу чергу Meta, TikTok), блоги, мейлінг, написання сценаріїв відео. Більш нішеві Quora, Reddit, Discord будуть плюсом. Х буде плюсом. Під «досвідом» мається на увазі в першу чергу ручна підготовка контенту, а не складання стратегій. - Досвід роботи з різними ринками бажано не тільки територія пост-СНД, а і країни Європи, США, Канада, Латам. Втім, це не обовязкова вимога, за необхідності можна буде вчитись в процесі. - Досвід управління невеликою командою з 3-4 людей буде плюсом, але не маст. - Глибоке розуміння взаємодії з дизайном і баїнгом, досвід створення адсетів, performance кампаній в парі з дизайнером / відділом дизайну. - Досвід роботи з інфобіз та / або Edtech-продуктами буде плюсом. - Досвід побудови контентних воронок, розуміння того як працюють лід-магніти, тріпваєри та чат-боти також буде перевагою. - Розуміння СhatGPT та АІ-інструментарію як такого. Базові навички написання промптів. - Англійська рівня В2.

Обовязки - Підготовка гіпотез креативів / адсетів на базі фідбека від медіабаєрів. - Розробка (на старті разом з СМО) і впровадження контентних воронок, їх вимірювання та оптимізація. В тому числі розробка лід-магнітів та тріп-ваєрів - Написання сценаріїв коротких відео - Створення контент-планів та рубрикаторів - Дослідження нових цільових ринків, написання go-to-market логіки з точки зору контентних інструментів - Розробка (разом з СМО) контеної логіки для ретеншену на різних продуктах компанії - Написання промптів для автоматизації лінійних задач

Розвиток - Можливість швидко перейти до делегування лінійних задач на аутстафну команду. В першу чергу ми шукаємо людину, яка вміє думати та створювати фреймворки виконання задач. Делегувати це виконання не є проблемою. - Можливість за необхідності онбордити частину контентної команди інхаус. - Бонуси від ефективності контентних воронок / кількості конверсій з органічних лідів. - Можливість тестувати буквально будь-які гіпотези без обмежень та бюрократії - Можливість ініціювати створення мікро-продуктів за власними ідеями і втілювати їх разом з колегами, отримуючи додатковий профіт, якщо продукт працює - Профільне навчання. Ми завжди готові забезпечити всіми інструментами для отримання знань і максимізації твого розвитку.

Позиція передбачає гібридний формат роботи: понеділок-середа в офісі (Київ, правий берег), четвер-п'ятниця - віддалено за бажанням.
