Execute Email Creative Design

  • Design and update email creatives in Figma (or similar platform) for email flows and campaigns based on provided copy and direction, ensuring clear structure, strong visual quality, and alignment with brand and campaign needs.

Execute Organic Content Editing for Instagram

  • Edit and prepare video and photo content for Instagram (posts, reels, and stories), ensuring clear structure, strong pacing, and a clean, professional, and consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.

Maintain Creative Asset Organization & Hygiene

  • 1+ years of experience following creative direction and brand guidelines and translating them into clear and consistent designs.
  • 1+ years of experience creating ads, UGC videos, or social content, or a portfolio showcasing real client or brand work, with an emphasis on clear and effective creatives rather than polished perfection.

  • Problem solver (Proactivity): acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
  • Trust (Honesty/integrity): does not cut corners ethically, earns trust and maintains confidences. Speaks plainly and truthfully.

  • Flexibility/adaptability: adjusts quickly to changes in creative direction, feedback, and priorities without friction.
  • Openness to criticism and ideas: often solicits feedback and reacts calmly to criticism or negative feedback.
  • Organization & Planning: keeps files, assets, and tasks well organized, ensuring easy access and clear structure.
  • Creativity / Innovation: develops variations and new ideas from top-performing creatives and DTC Lead feedback, improving and expanding existing concepts.
  • Teamwork: collaborates closely with the DTC team to stay aligned on creative direction, priorities, and execution.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time remote position in a rapidly growing international company.
  • Direct impact on DTC growth through creative execution.
  • High ownership and autonomy in day-to-day work.

  • Annual fully sponsored company trips.
  • Quarterly performance-based bonuses.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
