Our client Trivium, built by a team of experts, is passionate about helping people scale and grow their businesses. Using our established analytical systems and a customized strategy for digital marketing and PPC management, our goal is to generate successful outcomes for Amazon brands.

Were looking for an extremely dedicated individual to join our team as a Reviews Acquisition Specialist/ Online Communication Specialist. If social media written communication is your passion, and you would like to work with a very dedicated team, we need your help and your ideas! Be a part of a fast-paced, growing team that provides a solid work-life balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Finding potential leads & sending tailored messages to them (on Instagram)

- Conducting the conversation as the prospects reply (on Instagram)

- Inputting all data in dedicated databases

- Arranging giveaways with relevant influencers

- Researching market for brands from different niches: target customers, competitors, influencers/ celebrities, relevant #hashtags

- Planning and following the strategy

- Reporting to supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

- Availability to work US hours (5am-1pm PST) & answer clients on rolling basis as they message us on Instagram

- Fluent English (written and verbal)

- Passion for talking with people and sales

- Self-organization, attention to details, result orientation

- Basic Excel skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Competitive salary (800-1000 USD/month)

- This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME (40 hr/week) position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video.
