The posting

Our client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, Canada, and Europe, is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Planning & Operations Analyst (Data Analyst) to manage inventory accuracy, operational workflows, and stock planning across multiple systems and partners. This role combines hands-on operational execution with process improvement. The position focuses on maintaining alignment across ERP systems, Amazon, 3PLs, and internal tools, while also supporting purchase planning and Amazon FBA replenishment.

If you have strong Excel skills, experience in inventory control, and a structured, process-driven mindset, this role offers an opportunity to take ownership of critical operational workflows while improving efficiency over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy across ERP, Amazon, 3PLs, and warehouse-related workflows.
  • Manage and reconcile stock transfers, adjustments, removals, and inventory movements.
  • Perform recurring inventory reconciliations across internal inventory planning tools (including IRS / Inventory Resource Planner), Amazon systems, ERP, and warehouse data.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between IRS (inventory resource planning software), Amazon inventory records, stock movements, and related operational files.
  • Update recurring operational and reporting files related to stock, reorders, planning, and controls.
  • Check consistency of data across systems, files, and logistics flows, coordinating resolution with internal teams or external partners when needed.
  • Monitor overall inventory levels and support purchase planning decisions, including reorder timing and replenishment needs.
  • Monitor Amazon FBA stock levels and support replenishment planning across marketplaces and warehouses.
  • Help ensure the right stock allocation across internal warehouse, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA.
  • Standardize recurring workflows, improve documentation, and identify repetitive manual tasks that can be simplified or automated.
  • Coordinate freelancers or technical specialists when needed to implement workflow improvements, then test and monitor new automations to ensure reliability.

Ideal Candidate

  • Mid-level profile with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience in operations, inventory control, ERP-related workflows, logistics support, supply chain planning, or similar roles.
  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate, with strong capabilities in formulas, lookups, pivot tables, checks, reconciliations, and planning files.
  • Comfortable working on recurring operational processes with discipline and consistency, and able to translate stock data into replenishment and purchasing recommendations.
  • Able to investigate issues and solve inconsistencies in a structured way.
  • Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows.
  • Does not need to be a programmer, but should be able to spot automation opportunities, define requirements clearly, test solutions, and coordinate external support when needed.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA replenishment workflows, 3PLs, ERP systems, QuickBooks, Katana, Shopify, Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, AI tools, or low-code tools is a plus.

Our Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work remotely in an international company.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Supportive and friendly international team environment.
  • Full remote work with flexible working hours.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
