## Job Summary As the Director of Technology Innovations, you will leverage cutting-edge technology to manage and inspire groundbreaking projects. This role is pivotal in identifying, organizing, and driving high-potential initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment that transforms ideas into impactful solutions.

## Responsibilities - Leadership and Collaboration: Inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, boldness, and collaboration. Communicate progress regularly and promote risk-taking and innovative thinking. - Innovation Management: Lead the transformation of ideas into Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Proofs of Value (PoVs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Project Organization: Identify and prioritize high-potential projects, maintaining transparent visibility of ongoing and upcoming initiatives. - Technology Utilization: Explore and leverage technology stacks, including OpenAI, Databricks, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to drive advancements. - Outcome Sharing: Establish processes to document and share project outcomes, promoting continuous learning and improvement. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure collaborative success.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in technology innovation and project management. - Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. - Proficiency in technology stacks such as OpenAI, Databricks, Azure, and GCP. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

## Experience - Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology innovation and project management.

## Environment - Location: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower - Work Type: Full-time - Work Mode: Hybrid

## Salary - Estimated salary range: ₹14,000,000
