## Job Summary The Principal Data Scientist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced AI and deep learning models. This position focuses on Reasoning Agentic AI, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), and Data Science models, contributing to innovative solutions that align with the organization's goals.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement advanced AI and deep learning models, focusing on Reasoning Agentic AI, EDA, and Data Science models. - Utilize AI services such as OpenAI, Azure AI, and Gemini models to create innovative solutions. - Generate insights and reports using AI-driven tools and techniques. - Apply Monte Carlo Tree simulation and Graph AI techniques to solve complex problems. - Mentor and groom junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. - Be hands-on with LangChain and Python to develop large-scale enterprise AI solutions. - Leverage domain knowledge of ServiceNow and Azure AI services to enhance customer feedback mechanisms. - Implement strong data engineering practices, including SLM/LLM, RAG, and Graph RAG skills.

## Qualifications - Proficiency in AI and deep learning model development. - Strong experience with Python and LangChain. - Knowledge of AI services such as OpenAI, Azure AI, and Gemini models. - Familiarity with Monte Carlo Tree simulation and Graph AI techniques. - Experience in data engineering practices, including SLM/LLM, RAG, and Graph RAG. - Excellent mentoring and team collaboration skills. - Educational qualifications: Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with ServiceNow and enhancing customer feedback mechanisms. - Familiarity with advanced data analysis and reporting tools.

## Experience - Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in data science and AI model development.

## Environment - Work Location: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower. - Work Type: Full-time. - Work Mode: Hybrid.

## Salary - Estimated salary range: ₹6,500,000.
