## Job Summary The Assistant Manager (Immigration) - Global Mobility plays a crucial role in supporting the immigration manager with global immigration projects. This position is responsible for providing guidance on immigration applications, conducting interviews to determine eligibility, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and procedures. The role contributes to the organization's goals by facilitating the smooth relocation of employees and managing immigration-related processes efficiently.

## Responsibilities - Support the immigration manager with global immigration projects. - Provide guidance on immigration applications for visas, work permits, and related paperwork. - Conduct interviews with applicants to determine eligibility for visas or other immigration benefits. - Answer immigration-related queries and provide clarifications. - Maintain records of employees in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). - Coordinate with immigration vendors to secure visas and work permits for organization employees. - Prepare work instructions for immigration processes. - Implement and govern Right to Work checks for all relocating employees and active assignees globally. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient processing of immigration applications. - Train staff on immigration laws and procedures, providing guidance on handling specific cases.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using HRIS and other relevant software. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Experience in training and guiding staff on immigration processes. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with global mobility and expatriate management. - Familiarity with specific immigration software or tools. - Multilingual abilities are a plus.

## Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration or global mobility roles.

## Environment - Work location: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower. - Work type: Full-time. - Work mode: Hybrid.

## Salary - Estimated salary range: ₹4,000,000.
