## Job Summary The Senior Principal Program Manager - AI Solutions plays a crucial role in leading and managing AI-driven projects, contributing to the organization’s innovation and competitiveness in the industry. ## Responsibilities - Lead and manage AI programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI solutions and drive data-driven initiatives. - Write and review code in Python, applying hands-on experience in AI technologies and their applications. - Develop and implement MLOps and LLMops practices to streamline AI model deployment and management. - Promote Responsible AI practices throughout all AI initiatives to ensure ethical standards are maintained. - Track program performance and produce regular status reports for stakeholders.

## Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's, Master's degree, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - Experience: 15+ years of overall professional experience with a minimum of 7 years in AI solutions, AI program management, or data-driven initiatives. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python programming. - Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications. - Knowledge of MLOps and LLMops. - Soft Skills: - Exceptional communication skills. - Strong leadership capabilities. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience collaborating with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI projects. - Exposure to AI technologies within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.

## Experience - Minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience, with at least 7 years in relevant AI-related roles.
