# Analyst-I Business Process ## Job Summary The Analyst-I Business Process role is essential for the effective administration of London Market Insurance Policies. This position focuses on meeting service level agreements and productivity targets while ensuring high-quality customer service and identifying process efficiencies.

## Responsibilities - Responsible for the policy administration of London Market Insurance Policies. - Perform regular standard tasks with the opportunity to vary work sequencing. - Meet Service Level Agreement and productivity targets. - Identify process efficiencies and contribute to improvements. - Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high-quality service.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Candidates must possess good communication skills. - Well-versed in the English language, both written and spoken. - Open to work from the office as needed. - Willingness to work in night shifts. - PC literacy with basic knowledge of MS Office and email skills. - Intermediate MS Excel skills are preferable.
